01Scope
SlabSignal is a software-as-a-service product provided by SlabSignal Tech, INC. This policy covers paid subscriptions to SlabSignal — including Project Signal, Contractor Command, Owner Visibility, and Enterprise Control plans — and any one-time professional services purchased from us. It does not cover third-party products or services you connect to SlabSignal.
02Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings, or by writing to support@slabsignal.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.
Annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the committed term. We do not auto-renew an annual term silently; you receive a renewal reminder before the term restarts and can switch to monthly or end the agreement.
03Refunds — monthly plans
Monthly fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a paid month. If a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate payment or a workspace you did not authorise — write to support@slabsignal.co within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
04Refunds — annual plans
Annual fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the start of the term, except where required by law or where SlabSignal fails to deliver a contracted capability. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by writing to support@slabsignal.co.
For Enterprise Control agreements, refund and termination terms are governed by the executed order form and master agreement between you and SlabSignal Tech, INC.
05Professional services and onboarding
Onboarding, configuration, and other professional services billed separately from the subscription are non-refundable once delivery has begun. If work has not yet started, you may cancel a scheduled engagement by writing to support@slabsignal.co at least five business days in advance for a full refund of any pre-payment.
06How to request a refund
Email support@slabsignal.co from the email address on the account, with the workspace name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two business days and resolve refund requests within ten business days of receiving the information we need.

07Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks opened without first contacting support@slabsignal.co may result in temporary suspension of the workspace while the dispute is investigated.
08Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, consistent with the SlabSignal Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable local law.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes are communicated through the workspace and by email to workspace administrators.
