FAQ

Real questions buyers ask.

Talk to the SlabSignal team about a custom workspace, integrations, and onboarding plan that matches how your projects actually run.

  • An active project is one with a live schedule, capture source, or cost feed connected and being analyzed by SlabSignal. Archived or read-only projects do not count toward active project limits.

  • Yes. The Project Signal plan is designed to start with one active project. Many teams start there and add projects as they bring more sites onto the same rail.

  • No. SlabSignal is not a replacement for project management, scheduling, capture, or cost tools. It reads from the systems your project already runs on and turns them into a ranked, reviewable risk feed.

  • Owners and contractors typically use different plans with different views. Owner Visibility provides an independent view; Contractor Command is the operational workspace. Reports from one side can be shared with the other.

  • Each plan includes a fair amount of AI analysis for the active projects on it. Heavier capture and analysis volume may move a workspace into a higher tier — this is reviewed with you, never billed silently.

  • Yes. You can start with one schedule and one capture source, and connect cost, change order, and supplier feeds as you bring more of the project onto SlabSignal.

  • No. SlabSignal does not auto-create projects, risks, or evidence. Sample data only appears after a deliberate action you take inside the app.

  • Each user controls their own digest cadence and notification topics from settings. Workspace admins can also enforce minimums for risk, recovery, and weekly brief notifications.
